Chef JIm Hughes and the Wine Director Terry Johnson have carefully selected a wide array of reasonably priced wines that will bring out the absolute finest qualities of your dining experience. There are selections by the glass and by the bottle.

We are very proud to announce that we received a 2006, 2007 and 2008 Wine Spectator Award and 2007 and 2009 Wine Enthusiast award recognizing the depth, breadth and quality of our wine selection. We recommend that you take the time to look over our award-winning wide selection of high-quality wines available in all price ranges. Laurel Glen Terra Rosa Malbec - 2003

“…this is our first actual Terra Rosa malbec…{it’s} a massive, bold wine, but it is surprisingly lilting on the palate. It’s not larded up with oak, although it has been raised in barrels for eighteen months to provide its frame and to round it out. The finish is long, with pure fruit flavors. The vineyards of Mendoza are irrigated with water straight from the Andes…Four descriptors: density, lightness, purity, minerality..” Winemaker notes. Malbecs pair nicely with strong flavored red meats (Lamb or Bison) or tomato based dishes.

A medium bodied wine, with a lovely rich texture of cherries, chocolate and mocha flavor. Complimenting the above is an integrated oak treatment providing nuances of toast, vanillin and nutmeg. The Red Hills vineyards are at 3000 feet elevation, from which they derived the name of the winery. “Spicy and full bodied on the palate, with deep, dark fruit and plum flavors. Firm in structure, but there’s plenty of fruit and extract on the palate to balance. A perfect cross between the Rhone’s black pepper and spice and California’s deep, dark fruit.” Winemaker notes.
